Refund policy

We want you to pay only for something that works for your server. Here is exactly when you can get your money back and how.

Subscriptions (Pro and Server Network)

  • First payment: if the plan is not right for your server, email us within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and we refund it in full, monthly or yearly.
  • Renewals are not refunded. Cancel any time from your dashboard to stop the next charge; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Billing mistakes: if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full, whenever you notice.

Credit packs

The $9 pack of 15 credits is refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@rustplugingenerator.com from the address on your account and include the PayPal transaction ID if you have it. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Before opening a dispute

Please contact us first. A PayPal dispute or chargeback freezes the account while it is reviewed, and we can almost always sort it out faster by email.
