About raiding plugins
Server owners use them to shape the raid meta without hand-policing it. Offline raid protection and new player protection limit who can be hit and when, which reduces the population loss that follows overnight wipes of small bases. Raid alerts tell defenders (and optionally admins) when a base is being breached, so fights happen while someone is online. Explosive damage multipliers let you tune how much C4, rockets and satchels actually take off a wall, separate from vanilla balance. Schedules gate raiding to set hours, and a no-raiding-after-wipe window gives players time to build before the first attacks land.
Watch the balance carefully. A raid block that is too broad or an explosive multiplier set too low can stall progression and push players off the server; test values on a staging wipe. Alert plugins that broadcast to Discord need rate limiting on busy servers. Most of these plugins rely on damage and entity hooks (such as OnEntityTakeDamage and container or door events) and ship with a JSON config for windows, multipliers and permission groups, so plan your Oxide permission setup before enabling them. Raid logging depends on storing attacker and defender data, so keep an eye on data file growth across long wipes.
