Vehicles plugins for Rust
Vehicle plugins change how modular cars, boats, horses, and other rideable entities spawn, belong to players, and persist on a Rust server. Admins use them to hand out vehicles on demand, tie a vehicle to its owner so other players cannot take it, stop decay from destroying parked cars overnight, and cap how many vehicles a single player can own at once.

About vehicles plugins
The usual problems are balance and cleanup. Unlimited fuel and no decay remove the running cost of a car, which is fine on a PvE or creative server but makes raiding and roaming trivial on a survival one. Spawn commands need permission gating and cooldowns, otherwise one player floods the map with cars and the entity count climbs through the wipe. Recall commands are convenient but should not let a player pull a vehicle out of a fight or past a locked door.
These plugins are ordinary Oxide plugins and load on Carbon too. Spawn commands register chat and console commands, check an Oxide permission before running, and then call the game's entity spawn path. Owner locks store the owner's Steam ID in the plugin data file and compare it on the loot or mount hook. Decay and fuel plugins adjust entity values on a timer or on the relevant hook. Limits are tracked per player in data and enforced before the spawn is allowed. Most read a JSON config for cooldowns, defaults, and limits, so a wipe does not need a recompile.
